It is a challenging topic to answer since changing anything is not simple, but it is possible with the right goals.
We believe that "if you want to change the world, you must first change yourself."
Look all around you. Stop what you are doing and take a moment to glance around wherever you are. Everything you see today your Mobile, your Chair, your Cup of coffee, your refrigerator, the food you consume, the bus you ride to work...all of these did not exist at one time.
If we go back a little, people did not exist either. Earth has existed for 4.5 billion years and modern humans have for about 200 thousand years. The tremendous growth and development of man have happened only in 200 thousand years, which is 0.004% of the earth's existence.
How was it created out of nothing? All this is due to the mind and strength of the human imagination. Everything started to change quickly when human intelligence first came to the planet, and it has continued to adapt and advance ever since.
The human mind is incredibly powerful. Despite how far man has gone and how much he has learned, he has yet to unlock all the mysteries of the human brain. The unfortunate truth is that a lot of people don't care to analyze things in this way; most people are unaware of the power they hold. They have the capacity to change the world.
Although you can truly change the world if you set your mind to it you have to start small first -- you have to change the things around you first. Then you can get out of it. The best place to start is yourself. First, visualize the life you want to live in all its beauty.
Even if there might not be any work to be done in your ideal world, what would your ideal daily routine look like if it were possible for you to do so now?
Change the routine you're struggling with, change your bad habits, and change your life. All of them are possible with the power of your mind. The key is concentration. The way the world operates is really straightforward. Generally speaking, when something occurs, it influences the occurrence of other things.
All your thoughts should be focused on one aspect of your life that you want to change. Focus on how to change things. If you want to get in shape, you need to focus on healthy foods, exercise, and healthy living. Imagine having the body you always wanted, a body whose cells are formed with healthy and nutritious foods, a strong and fit body.
You can live the life of an engineer, architect, musician, or artist if you put your mind to it. You only have to build that existence in your head. Distinguish between the sort of successful life you want to lead and the life you wish you had. It's easy to desire to become who you want to be, but it takes a lifetime to add the other aspects.
For instance, it doesn't take much to become a dancer, but it does require years or even decades of work and dedication. Simply choose to be a dancer, adopt the lifestyle of a dancer, and accept both the positive and negative aspects of that existence. Then, you must make every effort to fit as best you can into that form.
If you are looking for progress, then you need to change - you need to be the change. Throw away the rest of the unnecessary things that you have filled your life with. Simplify everything. Make a template for yourself and start filling it out. Give yourself time to focus on positive thoughts—on the way you'd like things to go, on the impact you'd like to make.
Repeat this over and over and remove all negative thoughts until you reach those positive thoughts and turn them into reality. When things fall into place, the strength you bring with you will ease the way. You have the power to change the world; You have no excuse to say you can't change yourself.
